The Jackson Kayak Backband Lowering Kit is used to hold your Jackson backband in place in your kayak. The kit includes a bungee, two bungee cord locks, and the bracket to replace the bungee cord along the backband of a Jackson boat, or to help retrofit a Jackson backband into another boat. The bungee cord and locks adjust and let the backband rest across your lower back so that the backband is held in place as you get into the boat.
